The MOCA at California Plaza is one of the finest museums in the United States offering a vast selection of modern art.   MOCA has an exceptional collection of pop art, abstract expressionism and photography.   The Museum has hosted exhibits of Warhol, Basquiat, Rauschenberg, and numerous others.   Special events are  well planned and offer highly knowledgeable guides.  MOCA is comprised of elegant underground galleries, the Patinette café, and is also the flagship location of the MOCA Store.

Hours: Monday, 11 a.m.–5 p.m.; Thursday 11 a.m.–8 p.m.;
Friday, 11 a.m.–5 p.m.; Saturday–Sunday, 11 a.m.–6 p.m.

Closed: Tuesday, Wednesday, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Metro: Take the Red Line toward Union Station and exit at Civic Center.

By car: From the (110) Freeway North: Exit on Fourth Street, turn left onto Lower Grand Avenue. Pass Kosciuszko Way. Turn into Walt Disney Concert Hall parking garage.
